How does the service work?
The app is user-friendly, as it’s designed for the convenience of customers, merchants and riders/shoppers. Each shop has its own page where they can promote their products/services. We have a dedicated local customer service team that are fluent in both English and Filipino, helping make transactions easy.
How do I join?
Interested merchants can send their inquiries to business@pickaroo.com. We will request for requirements such as BIR Registration, deliverable items, consistent supply, approved packaging, among others, to ensure that we maintain high standards.

From setting up your shop to providing you with the right data, PICK•A•CREW will be there to support you.

What are the requirements of a PICK•A•CREW rider?
A rider must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license. They must know their way around Metro Manila. for any questions, please direct it to talentacquisition@pickaroo.com:

NBI or Police Clearance
Driver’s license
OR/CR of motorcycle owned OR authorization from motorcycle owner with OR/CR
If the motorcycle is newly bought, a deed of sale or proof of purchase is needed.

What are the requirements of a PICK•A•CREW shopper?
A shopper must be at least 18 years old and should know how to shop for products and do groceries including skills in picking fresh goods. Submit a clear scanned copy of the following to talentacquisition@pickaroo.com:
CV or Biodata
NBI or Police Clearance
Valid ID with photo and residential address
